Jena joined Atlass Hardware Corp. in 2005 as VP and General Counsel. Prior to joining Atlass Hardware Corp., her legal career included several years as a commercial litigator where she handled litigation matters at trial and on appeal in the areas of real estate, construction defects, personal property tax, partnership and shareholder disputes and general commercial contracts. Thereafter, she served as in-house counsel to ADT Security Services and its family of companies, where Jena participated in dozens of mergers & acquisitions, the national dealer program and acquisitions and leasing of real property. The balance of her legal experience is as a transactional lawyer specializing in commercial real estate transactions, including construction loans and complex purchases of commercial property, and corporate transactions, and negotiating and drafting construction contracts. Jena has retired from Atlass Hardware Corp. as of January 1, 2022.

Jena was born and raised in Miami. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Duke University and her J.D. from University of Florida College of Law.
